I think this snow might stick...

Well here are some new photos, including my new garage (minus the door-it's backordered). The rumor has it that this snow is going to stick. We've got about 5 inches and it's still snowing.

Phin is compeletly in love with the snow, he does the giant racing circles. Then of course he gets little snowballs on his feet so he starts chasing his feet. When he sat down to get the snowballs he got them on his tail...so the whirling dervish had great fun trying to catch the snow on his tail. It's hard to be a shaggy puppy. All in all though, it was a good day.

SNOW

The first explorations were somewhat hesitant...

But then we got down to business. (the lumber in the background was the early stages of the garage. I should point out we got this snow the day/night the concrete for the garage was laid. Those poor guys were out there until midnight making sure it set right.)

The snow was beautiful though...

What you have ALL been waiting for!!

Well finally-I have a wireless card and for 4 dollars I can get two hours of high speed internet at Barnes and Noble and actually update my blog. Photos and everything. I think my sister is close to popping. So Mom and Glenn have come and gone, my boss has come and gone, my CV was sent in, now I wait for a possible interview and new position. In the meantime I am really enjoying my work and the people I am working with. It is challenging, interesting and at this point, still one of the best decisions I have made. The house is beyond fabulous. At this point I love going to work every morning, but I love coming home even more.

This is the place, the property goes almost to the blue carport and house you can kind of see in the back ground.

As you can tell Phin is relaxing in his new environment quite nicely.

This is what I call the "listing picture" just mom's idea of listing and Glenn's idea of "listing"

Glenn of course just claims he was enjoying the view out the front window.

Mom and Glenn also got to witness the demon dog that occasionally resides in my bed, of course diagonally across the middle. Although the night before last he decided he didn't want to share anymore and has taken to sleeping on the couch in the living room.

Shortly after mom and Glenn left, as in the next night, we had our first snow (it's gone now) at my place it was 4.5 inches.

See photos in next blog....
