Getting to be a Big Boy!!

Today Phinny got himself a bath and shots. He is SOOO handsome. Leslie sent a video too of him looking around and giving kissies to the camera. That's my boy. He turns six weeks tomorrow...

Potty Training

Here is Phin and his siblings. Leslie tells me they are doggie door trained and go potty outside with their mom. I am SO happy. Hopefully it won't be hard to teach Phin to adjust to tapping the door and letting me know when he wants to go out.

What a sleepy looking baby...
I'm continuing to get ready around here. Grandma Thornton sent a booda baby bear for him and a educational book for me, "Why do puppies do the things they do?"

By the way, keep your eyes open for the Wells Fargo commercial with the big dog, sliding around the kitchen with a ball. The tag line is Someday: a Backyard. It is quite funny. Almost as funny as the You're one sick puppy commercial. (The one where the dog is mooning all the passerbys.)

Mesa Verde

These are pictures from Patricia and my trip to Mesa Verde on Saturday. The first picture is the picture of the tunnel I almost got caught in, of course I wasn't the only one. Then there is a picture of me heading up a ladder from Cliff house. The third picture is of Balcony House then a photo of Patricia and I. The fifth picture is of Cliff House. Then another picture of us.

We had a very good time AND got to stop at a Wal-Mart and buy a puppy gate:) Hee Hee my thoughts are never too far from Phinney.

SILVER BABY!!

Well Leslie gave Phinney his first little haircut and we found out he's going to be SILVER. Just take a look at that nose! I am very happy. I will admit that seems to be an awfully big nose for such a little head..Hopefully he will grow a little more proportional.

Another Monday

Well I have several more weeks before I can get the little man, but I swear sometimes he's the only way I make it through a day at work....ugh.

BUT the good news is you should check out Leslie's site and watch the new movie. My Phinney is trying to make a break for it. Apparently good babygates are going to be the order of business.

I also would like to tell those of you in cooler areas that it is starting to get beastly hot...we hit 95 degrees today. Yuck...hope Phinney likes air conditioning as much as I do.

Mothers Day Post

Pup in a basket! He's my little bundle. I can't wait to get him home...he's going to change so much in the next few weeks, but I know he's going to stay just as cute!

King of the Hill

Here's a couple of photos Leslie sent of my little man playing King of the Hill. Clearly he felt the need to be on top! That's my boy!!

A new visit

This pup is one of Echo's litters just about ready to go home. They are very fuzzy cuties.
This is my big bruiser, crawling on top of his siblings with the maroon ribbon (he's on the left, the color of the other black pup there is tough to separate colors.) I also took a few videos but I am not sure how to put them on here. I'm working on it.

He's about two hands big now and his eyes are open and he loves to lay on his back and have his belly rubbed. I can't wait.

Poor French family I bugged them twice this weekend, but I couldn't just drive by....so I am very grateful they are so nice to me.

He's a BOY!!

Well in this photo you can finally tell he's a little boy. Apparently he enjoys sleeping on his back more often than not. You'll notice all the other dogs sleep like normal animals, mine sprawled on his back. Yup, he'll fit in well here.

Possible future??

So is this Phinney in the future...it's possible. Although he might be silver or more blueish.

But for now...well we'll just take it easy...and see how it goes. He's just a silly little man.
